Want to play a crucial role and foster your skills? We at TransPerfect built a platform that automates all the steps involved with app localization - string extraction, localization management, on-device testing, and continuous delivery. As an addition to our engineering team, we are looking for a Junior Software Developer.

DESCRIPTION

You will contribute to the development of our frontend dashboard, backend, server infrastructure and our native mobile SDKs for multiple mobile platforms in an agile and test-driven environment. You will have full ownership of parts of the development process and work closely on the implementation of new features together with the team. 

Among your tasks

Configure, create, test, support, and convey work area, custom web, and portable applications.Assemble client programming prerequisites and create related programming applications and projects.Research and assess programming-related advances and items.Outline and create testing and support strategies and exercises.Create and compose superb coding that meets client prerequisites following best programming practices.Make programming documentation and refresh existing documentation.Actualize best practices, models and techniques including quality and security driven philosophies.Guarantee consistency with the recorded programming procedures and systems for the duration of the life cycle of programming items.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Experience in the design and implementation of Java and Spring applications and web servicesExperience with command-line Linux/PowerShell utilities and scripting.Experience with frontend coding of HTML, JavaScript and CSSKnowledge of SQL syntax and executionKnowledge of source control systems (Git)

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
