Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Software Developer for our Heat Exchanger Division. You will be a key person in the HEX Digital Solution Team and report to the Manager of the HEX Software Design Team. You will become part of a global team consisting of employees based in Denmark, Poland and China, and you will work from our office located in Żelazkowo/Poland.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to: 

Analyze and specify updates to the HEX selection software. Plan and create program updates and conduct validity and performance tests. Build further functional excellence in selection software programming. Background & Skills

We expect you have a university degree, AP Graduate in computer science or similar and experience with programming preferably in C#, UI design, SQL or related DB software. Furthermore, we expect that you have a good technical understanding together with DB programming, analytics, specification, design and testing. You should also have substantial experience in project management and stakeholder management, as alignment with stakeholders is key for your success in this role.

 

As a person, you are proactive and an effective communicator with a collaborative and open-minded attitude. You are solution oriented and a problem solver with strong analytical skills. As we are a global team, you need to be fluent in both written and spoken English.
