Application programming interfaces (API) are the digital glue that links services, applications, sensors and mobile devices to create compelling customer experiences and help businesses tap into new market opportunities. They allow customer to bring new digital services to market, open revenue channels and exceed customer expectations. IBM API Connect is full-lifecycle API management solution that addresses critical aspects of the API lifecycle for both on-premises and cloud environments providing the capability to create, run, manage, secure and Socialise APIs. In this role you will have an opportunity to work with global development team that excels in delighting our customers. * Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and curate large datasets to ensure high-quality data for training and validation of AI models. * Model Training and Evaluation: Train and fine-tune AI models using appropriate techniques and frameworks. Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and iterate on models to improve their accuracy and efficiency. * Algorithm Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models that solve specific business problems, such as natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, etc. * Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, and evaluate their suitability for solving specific business challenges. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, product managers, and domain experts, to align AI solutions with overall product development. * Proof of Concept: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed AI solutions and gain buy-in from stakeholders. * Innovation: Explore innovative AI applications and propose ideas that can lead to new products, features, or enhancements. * Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using programming languages such as Python, and utilize libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. * Ethical and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that AI solutions meet ethical standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in areas such as data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency. * Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models and system performance, including latency, throughput, and resource utilization, to meet business needs. * Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of the AI models, algorithms, development processes, and deployment procedures. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Must have 4- 6 years of experience in developing enterprise applications in AI and DataScience Domain. * Must have minimum 1.5 years of experience in developing solutions using GenAI and related Frameworks. * Very Strong in using Python and related technologies with 2+ years a focus on AIOps, DataOps, MLOps. * Deep understanding of AI Models architecture and working principle. * Deep understanding of the Machine Learning Algorithms * Knowledge on Trending LLM’s and related Multi Modal Architecture * Knowledge on Fine Tuning LLM’s to a specific use case and model serving. * Hands on Experience on Prompt Engineering and its concepts. * Hands on experience in EDA, Data Preprocessing, Post Processing, Synthetic data generation concepts. * Knowledge in building AI models from Scratch, Transfer Learning. * Experience in Evaluating the model’s performance using various scoring mechanisms. * Knowledge on Model pruning, Model Serving, drift and related techniques. * Should be able to create right solution using AI for Business Problems. * Knowledge of data best practices and ML/Dev operations in SaaS and hybrid environments. * Software development strategies for low latency, high throughput software’s. * Understanding of data pipelines, data modelling strategies, databases and sql. * Deep Understanding of API interfaces like REST etc. * Familiarity with platforms like Kubernetes and experience building on top of the native platforms * Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services (e.g., IBM, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Ability to provide guidance to less experienced team members. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience designing, building, and maintaining AI solutions in Cloud, Standalone systems. * Experience in Data Annotation and other data processing techniques. * Experience in developing, deploying in Cloud base Platforms.
