Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will:

Take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Suggest and justify product directions within approved directions. Define responsibilities for new projects and specifies, designs, and develops software according to those specifications. Provide consultative software guidance and strategic direction associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems. Design and develop data migration automation tools to support domain consolidation efforts, ensuring seamless data transfer and minimal downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data migration requirements, develop migration plans, and execute migrations with minimal disruption to business operations. Develop business continuity and disaster recovery products in OCI, ensuring the highest levels of data integrity and system availability. Design and implement data replication, backup, and recovery processes to ensure data protection and business continuity. Collaborate with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure teams to design and implement cloud-native solutions for data migration, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical guides. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements towards effective and efficient system design.
