Position: Software Developer Graduate- USA

 

Employment type: Full-time  

 

Work Type: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

As a Software Developer Graduate, you will:  

Recognize, articulate, and make technical decisions / trade-offs around multiple dimensions (scaling, reliability, performance, maintenance, etc.) that have an impact on your teamDesign, develop, test, and debug software applicationsDeliver software on-time and constantly work to make accurate estimates and deliver on those estimatesProvide technical support of products including direct customer support and escalated issuesDocument product behavior and implementation detailsCollaborate with team members on how to approach and prioritize development effortsUnderstand and proactively follow team processes, documentation, best practices, and code style guidesGive insightful feedback on pull requests, engineering designs, and featuresExpand your working knowledge of your respective technical domain

We’re looking for:  

A Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or PhD in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; Computer Science; Math; Physics or a related field​ graduating with a GPA of 3.0 or aboveSome software product or application development experienceGood experience with developing software in major programming languages such as: C++, C#/.NET, JavaScript, etc.Familiarity with software design patterns (objected oriented design), Computer Science fundamentals/principles and methodologies, as well as knowledge of operating system internalsSharp debugging and problem-solving skillsThe ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally and in written formAn eagerness to accept and expand upon skills and knowledge based on feedbackSomeone who seeks advice on how to approach and prioritize development effortsA self-motivated person with a knack for time management

 

   

Salary Range:

$61,000.00 - $160,000.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
