The Retail Web Technology (RWT) organization leads the development and maintenance of Schwab's premier digital platform for retail clients - individual investors just like you.

What you’ll do:

As a Software Developer III, you will be a key contributor to the design and implementation of our modern web applications. This role is all about getting the job done, so you have a can/will do approach about all tasks associated with getting phenomenal code out the door. You prioritize helping your junior teammates and you ask for help when needed. What you have

Required Qualifications:

Well-documented experience building excellent customer experiences using Microsoft .NET technologies BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related practical experience5+ years of full-stack web development experience, with an emphasis on front-end developmentConfidence using JavaScript, HTML, and CSSSkill with C# / .NET Core developmentFamiliarity with Angular, TypeScript, and client side MV* frameworksResponsive Design and Single Page Applications (SPA) experienceFamiliarity with unit testing patterns (TDD/BDD) and methodologiesExperience creating and consuming RESTful servicesAbility to independently work as a contributing member of a quick and focused teamAbility to thrive in a distribute development setting, across multiple time zones and locationsUnderstanding of Agile software development principles, including experience participating in a Scrum-based delivery team
