Role description:

Join our software development team as a Software Developer Intern and gain hands-on experience in crafting cutting-edge solutions. As an intern, you'll work closely with our experienced developers to contribute to coding, debugging, and testing activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for learning and professional growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Role accountabilities:

1. Coding and Development:

Collaborate with the development team to write, test, and debug code. Contribute to the design and implementation of software solutions.

2. Learning and Skill Development:

Actively participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

3. Testing and Debugging:

Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and resolve issues. Work with the team to debug and troubleshoot software defects

Qualifications & Experience:

Currently enrolled as a student in a Computer Science or NBCC program. Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python, JavaScript) and software development concepts. Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Passion for software development and a desire to contribute to real-world projects.

The salary range for this position is $20-26/hour. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
