What You'll Do We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our development team and lead the design and implementation of integrations between enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and eCommerce platforms for our modern tax compliance solutions. You will be reporting to Sr Manager, Software Engineering. You will lead the end-to-end design, testing, and deployment of integrations, preferred in Intuit platform products. You will collaborate with teams including product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to define integration requirements and ensure understanding of the product roadmap. Develop custom APIs, connectors, and middleware to facilitate data exchange, synchronization, and real-time communication between different systems. You will Implement error handling, data validation, and data transformation mechanisms to ensure data integrity and accuracy during integration processes. Optimize integration performance and scalability to accommodate a growing number of clients and increasing data volumes. What You'll Need to be Successful Bachelor/master's degree in computer science or equivalent 7+ years of backend development experience in software design and building RESTful/gRPC APIs. Expertise in C# or Java Experience working in an Agile team with hands on with TDD/ BDD Experience working with any Cloud provider. Experience on AWS Cloud would be beneficial. Experience with infrastructure and DevOps Experience in building microservices or serverless architecture Experience in the programming languages like NodeJS, Go would be beneficial Willingness to work in in multiple languages(Java, C#, NodeJS, Go) Knowledge on any workflow engines such as Camunda, Temporal is a big plus.
