PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: * Design, build, test, document, and maintain efficient, reusable, and maintainable code. * Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. * Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. * Work in a team environment with collaborative design and peer reviews. * Solicit and maintain requirements and adhere to software quality assurance standards. Required Qualifications Grade 16: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline; with two (2) year related experience Experience in C#, MS SQL, or JavaScript (or other related web-development languages) Grade 17: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline; with five (5) years related experience Experience in C#, MS SQL, or JavaScript (or other related web-development languages) Note the essential duties for this grade level are like that of the previous grade level, however the scope of responsibility is larger, and the expected level of performance is increased.
