Software Development, Sr Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Manage Windows end-user support operations, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of issues. Participate in strategic discussions on optimizing Windows processes, focusing on enhancing Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Oversee the unified communication domain, including Zoom AV solutions, to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication. Implement and manage automation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Handle IT projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and time frame. Lead the team effectively to meet Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and ticket SLAs. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members., AD, DHCP, MS O365, Power BI, Power shell Automation is an added advantage. May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications. Remedy & SharePoint workflow knowledge is must requirement.

 Qualifications: Proven experience in managing Windows end-user support and unified communication systems, including Zoom AV solutions. Strong understanding of SLAs with a track record of strategic process optimization. Experience in automation and project management. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Requires strong inter-personal and communication skills along with the ability to support larger teams. Able to interact with all levels of management and people with different styles. Able to work in a high pressure and ever-changing environment. 
Requirements:
Typically requires a minimum of  8-12 years of related experience. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Follows standard practices and specific, outlined, and detailed procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Builds routine working relationships internally.
