Analytical and Functional Skills
Strong analytical and debugging skills to triage high priority incidents, restore services and provide resolutions
Ability to understand data flow and business logic in the application and services
Ability to monitor application health, identify anomalies and take necessary steps
Good communication and articulation skills
Ready to work in 24X7 rotational shifts (with night shift one week in four weeks)
Technical Skills
3 – 5 years of strong support experience in C# and .NET applications
Nice to have knowledge of Xamarin mobile application development and support
Strong understanding on AMQ, MQTT,SQL Server database
Good understanding on WebAPI /Odata/REST and Integration
Experience with the deployment support & documentations.
Support design, fixes of the applications working with team
