We are currently seeking a Software Development Analyst - Power Automate, ServiceNow to join our team in chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

We are looking for a talented individual with specific skill sets and work experience for the role of Junior developer.

 

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Power Automate, including the ability to build and manage workflows to automate business processes. Proficiency in creating and managing automated workflows, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance are essential. Additionally, experience with ServiceNow Service Desk ITSM is crucial. The candidate should be familiar with incident management, problem management, change management, and request fulfilment processes within the ServiceNow platform. They should be able to configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, develop integrations, and maintain system documentation. Looking for a candidate who has eager to learn, has a keen eye for detail, and can work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, as the role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

 

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Work Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
