We are looking for a talented Software Development Engineer to join us in our mission to build solutions and developer tools for the industrial Android devices used to make order fulfillment magic a reality.

In this role, you'll design, build, and deliver solutions to improve our speed, scale, and efficiency. You will be joining a team that is fully automating device provisioning, device testing frameworks, and improving device health automation and reporting to enable complex data-driven decisions with globally impacting scope. Our Android and AWS-based services enable Amazon's software, systems, and operations teams to use the latest technologies in our facilities. We build for performance, availability, security, and cost so that one million-plus Amazon associates can deliver shipments to millions of retail customers every day.

Key job responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you should be excited about learning every day and delighting customers by solving problems that impact order fulfillment. You are passionate about creating maintainable, high quality software with robust automated testing that is built and deployed through continuous delivery (CD). You understand the challenges of operating large-scale systems in production, and you use that expertise in your designs and implementations. You are infinitely curious and intrinsically driven to ship software on time with high quality because you know your work means Amazon delivers customer orders on time, every time.
