Job Description

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer for our China Software Center at our location of Guangzhou. 

 

Your Tasks:

Software development for basic part SW of control unit for different product line including parking ECU, ADAS, AKC, ECUs for Truck and industry part, covers complete SW Engineering life cycle. Implement software modules using model-based approaches or programming languages. Coordination of component Software release plan with local R&D and R&D global. Design, specification, implementation, and test of developed SW for required functions mainly focus on basic part SW and perform static analysis. Assistance in troubleshooting and corrective action. Maintenance the SW detail design requirement specifications. Maintenance the SW development toolchain and database.

 

Your Profile:

Bachelor & Master in electronics, computer science, mechanical engineering, physics, or control theory. Require professional skills in both English and Chinese, German is preferred but not mandatory.  At least 3 years working experience in software development of vehicle embedded electronic projects. Has an understanding of SW Architecture or SW development methods.  Knowledge in programming embedded systems / real time systems. Knowledge in AUTOSAR would be beneficial. Knowledge in C (or C++, Java, Python, or similar). Knowledge in vehicle communication bus technologies (CAN, Flexray, LIN). Diagnostic and UDS experience would be beneficial. Has teamworking spirits, supporting & implementing team decision when needed.  Good presentation and communication skills.  Has skills and experiences of learning by doing and continuous improvement. Readiness for extended business trips.
