Key Responsibilities: + Construct,test, and implement portions of business, technical information, and technologysolutions through application of appropriate software development life cyclemethodology. + Participatein standard business and technical information technology solutionimplementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions. + Useappropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technicalproblems. + Interactwith the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment andtechnical context. + Validatescope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects. Lead the design,development, implementation, and support of information technology solutionsencompassing multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies. + Defineproject scope, plans, and deliverables, including proposed implementationdates. + Research,analyze, recommend, and implement new technologies, standard processes, tools,and techniques. + Assistin defining alternate solutions for business problems. + Telecommutingpermitted 1-2 days per work week. Travel required once a quarter to Minneapolisoffice.
