Our cross-functional team of developers and research analysts strives to identify new technologies and approaches to improve the efficiency, reliability, and profitability of the company. The group achieves its goals through technical expertise paired with strong collaboration and creative problem-solving skills. The OR Development group focuses on the integration of the optimizations into product systems to allow for usage and benefits to be applied within the operations. Our teams work closely with the Product Owners and IT development groups for these efforts. The OR group welcomes versatile software developers with initiative and interest in tackling business problems to apply and join our growing, well-established team.
