Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of more than 3,000 satellites in low Earth orbit. Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Kuiper IT & Digital Operation team is looking to hire a Software Development engineer. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging position, and will work with leaders in multiple technology areas. Have relentlessly high standards for yourself and everyone you work with, and be constantly looking for ways to improve your product’s performance, quality and cost. We want individuals who are ready for this challenge and want to reach beyond what is possible today.

Key job responsibilities
Work with Export and Kuiper Security to deliver IAM requirements
- Build device vend and rotation services
- Build RBAC and ABAC services
- Develop cloud native software systems in Python
- Utilize AWS and other Amazon technologies to build highly-available software services.
- Design and develop performant systems that meet the mission criteria and requirements.
- Help on-board and mentor new team members.
