Job Responsibilities : 1. Lead design and development of scalable, reliable software solutions.
2. Architect, implement, and maintain high-quality code following
standards.
3. Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into

4. Mentor junior engineers, review code, and ensure coding quality.
5. Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural strategy.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in development and
production.
7. Champion and implement best practices in Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps.
8. Design solutions ensuring system availability, reliability, and
scalability.
9. Improve development processes, tools, and technologies for
productivity.
10. Contribute to technical documentation, including architecture and
APIs.
B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)
Experience Requirement :3 - 8 years
Skills & Competencies : 1. Exhibit proficiency in programming languages like Java, C plus plus,
or Python.
2. Apply strong analytical and debugging skills.
3. Utilize knowledge of version control systems like Git.
4. Manage databases and use SQL effectively.
5. Understand software testing and debugging techniques.
6. Leverage basic knowledge of web development technologies like HTML
and CSS.
7. Familiarize with cloud platforms and services like AWS and Azure.
8. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
9. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively in teams.
10. Commit to continuous learning and stay industry-aware.
