Responsibilities

Support multiple testing efforts simultaneously, regression cycles, manual testing of the product resulting in Qualification for shipment of the product.Implementation and maintenance of Automated Test InfrastructureDevelop custom reusable test automation librariesDesign, develop and maintain automated regression suiteUse modern continuous integration and development tools and promote continuous improvement of tools and practices across the global development organization.Align automation with the speed of development. Make informed decisions on what, how, and when to automate.The candidate will respond to technical queries, document planning activities, coordinate with offshore team members, build work plan and Visio diagramsSupport our test strategy on an iterative basis continuously improving quality and efficiency.Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives, and other meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Qualification and Experience

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.Minimum of three years' experience in QA department with at least 1 year in automation development.Experience developing software and automated tests and tools in C# or JavaExperience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software testing solutions and methodologiesExperience with test automation tools like Ranorex & SeleniumExperience working with various source code and CI/CD management tools (e.g., Jenkins, DevOps, Git, Bitbucket)Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining test cases and test suitesExperience of working in an Agile Scrum/Kanban development environmentDocker, Azure Cloud experience a plusExcellent problem solving and trouble shooting skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProactive with a strong sense of ownership
