The CoreDisplay I/O Quality Engineering team is responsible for validating display technologies, consisting of built-in and external display support, including HDMI and DisplayPort, across all Apple product families. This is a highly entrepreneurial team, always looking for innovative ways to improve status quo and solve difficult problems in new and better ways. We are looking for someone who can lead the charge on quality of various display technologies. Successful candidate will need to work with cross-functional teams across Apple to proactively develop and drive overall test planning, execution and quality reporting for various areas of responsibility. The nature of the position requires the candidate to possess excellent communication and problem solving skills, along with a drive to make a difference. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, creative, motivated, and results driven. DescriptionDescriptionAs a Software Developer in Test on the CoreDisplay I/O Quality Engineering team you will design, develop, and own automated tests, including test environment and systems deployments, for validating display technologies across all of Apple’s product families; including unreleased prototypes. You will help with triaging test results and investigating issues spanning across hardware and software interaction layers to ensure new products and future software releases are delivered at the highest quality. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $121,900 and $214,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
