We are seeking an experienced SDET Manager to lead our diverse team of Software Development Engineers in Test. The SDET Manager will play a key role in building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team passionate about driving the quality and test automation strategy for our software products. You will work closely with multi-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure that the quality of our products meets the highest standards. Responsibilities are as follows: Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in software testing/quality assurance, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong background in test automation using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript). Experience with test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based testing environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Proven track record to lead and empower teams, provide constructive feedback, and manage performance. Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and understanding of Agile best practices. Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to optimally collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to drive solutions to sophisticated testing challenges. Preferred Qualifications: ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master, or similar testing certifications. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience in performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Knowledge of testing techniques for AI/ML models and algorithms.
