Job Duties This program consists of hands-on training and focuses on teaching you the skills to be successful in computer systems, networks, and overall software development. You will be embedded within the Software Engineering team where you will be responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle to support production applications and complete assigned coding tasks for strategic initiatives. Write, test, and debug code under the guidance of senior developers. Help with the development and enhancement of software features and applications. Review and provide feedback on code written by peers and senior developers. Gain hands-on experience with programming languages, tools, and frameworks used by the team. Create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and development practices. Work with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to team objectives. Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs or issues in the software. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and understanding of the project Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Understanding of fundamental programming concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
