Program Overview

This is a full-time, two-year leadership development program where members work alongside senior Engineering leaders, and program managers at Electrification Software Business.As a Software Development Leadership Program member, you will have four, six-month rotational assignments within ESW’s Engineering team covering diverse projects in areas such as Product Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, Software Maintenance, Services Engineering, and more.Global classroom experience and virtual coursework focused on technical training, leadership and business acumen.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other relevant STEM majors with development experience plus 2 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 1+ years of experienceMinimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or equivalentGraduating from university in time to start SDLP in July 2025 (Summer Start)Must be open to geographic mobility if requested by the businessLegal authorization to work in the United States is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

Additional Information

The compensation for this position is $106,400 USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
