Amazon is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Software Development Manager to join the Make-on-Demand Technology technology (MOD Tech) organization. As a Software Development Manager for the Print Ingestion eXperIEnce (PIXIE) team, you will be responsible for managing the team’s multi-pronged roadmap, working with diverse stakeholders to deliver the right things at the right times for authors and publishers, managing the day-to-day development process and engineering operations, and guiding the team. You will partner with product management and co-own the relationships with the business and supporting teams. You will partner with peer SDMs in driving a unified solutions for title ingestion including metadata and lifecycle management, for books worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science, an affinity to being a leader, experience running software teams with Agile methodologies, and experience owning a product roadmap along with a technical vision.
