The Kuiper Customer Experience team owns all mobile and web experiences required to manage a customer's life cycle. Our team owns developing the architecture, solutions & roadmap for managing the customer lifecycle for telecom services. As the Software Development Manager you will lead a team of engineers to solve these problems.

Key job responsibilities
-Aid in the design and delivery of Telecom Components, Applications and Services.

-Work with our peer teams and stakeholders to design suitable software systems and interfaces to fulfill the customer needs.

-Develop a strategic plan for the growth of the team, both from a software services and organization perspective.

-Hire & Develop a diverse team of software engineers.

-Collaborate with your fellow team members to form a strong foundation for a software organization in Project Kuiper.

-Help on-board and mentor new team members.

A day in the life
You will work with Product Management and Business Stakeholders on defining the roadmap for Kuiper's customer lifecycle. You will own solving this for multiple customer segments and building software that is flexible for many different customers and countries.

About the team
The Kuiper Customer Experience team will own delivering delightful, consistent interfaces across the Kuiper mobile application, Kuiper website, and .com, including the interplay between our app, customer terminal (CT), and the Indoor Unit (IDU).
