Technical Direction:
- Monitor technology trends and practices
- Guide team on design patterns and standards
- Implement new technologies and tools
- Promote learning culture
Process Management:
- Optimize development lifecycle and workflows
- Maintain development and testing practices
- Remove process inefficiencies
- Improve team productivity
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate with product, design and business teams
- Convert business needs to technical solutions
- Report team progress to management
- Build relationships across departments

Lead team meetings for priorities and blockers
Coach members on technical and soft skills
