The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our Full Stack development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorshipOversee the development of software applications using modern technical stacksDesign and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions using AWS servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverablesEnsure software development best practices are followed, including coding standards, testing, and deploymentManage project timelines, budgets, and resourcesIdentify and mitigate technical risks, and develop strategies for improvement


Qualifications:
Required: 

Active Top Secret Clearance8+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years of management experienceStrong technical expertise in modern technical stacks (e.g., Angular, Node.js, React, etc.)Expertise in web development , with focus on JavaScript based technologiesExperience with both SQL and NoSQL databasesExperience with AWS services, including deployment, management, and securityProven experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)Proven leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues


Desired:

Knowledge of DevOps practices and toolsFamiliarity with cloud-based technologies beyond AWSExperience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and tools (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
