We are seeking a Manager with 3-4+ years of hands-on management experience to lead and guide our Java-based product development team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong engineering background, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers working on Java/J2EE-based solutions, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Its a hands-on role. Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize data pipelines, including data replicas, star schemas, and analytics frameworks. Leverage Oracle/AWS cloud platforms, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient cloud-based solutions. Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of build pipelines and systems, ensuring smooth CI/CD processes. Solve complex challenges, including addressing unknown unknowns, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Stay organized and methodical in planning and execution to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or a related field). Proven experience managing Java/J2EE product development teams. Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle cloud technologies is a good to have; experience with other cloud platforms is a plus. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including architecture, deployment, and optimization. Knowledge of next-gen AI concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and their applications in development and data analytics. Experience with data pipeline design and implementation, including analytics-driven solutions. Proficiency in setting up and managing build pipelines to support robust CI/CD processes. Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
