We envision providing Stores Partners[1] with a trusted, simple, and intuitive financial experience, enabling them to grow their business. We achieve this by providing foundational capabilities for financial event onboarding, balance tracking, payouts, collections, risk reduction, and internal financial reporting.

We currently support 2.7MM+ active Sellers across 35+ Amazon internal businesses. The role will be responsible for leading three software development teams with distinct charters. As a technical leader on the team, you will be responsible for guiding your team through the design, development, testing, and deployment of a range of products. You will help build software team roadmaps and develop cutting-edge customer experiences. With sound technical acumen, excellent project management and communication skills, you will hire, build, and develop your team. As a true owner, you will be deeply interested in product design, innovating relentlessly on behalf of our customers. You will be a coach, mentor, and leader who creates a positive work environment.
