As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of high-scale systems, cloud infrastructure and mission-critial operations to support the storage needs of demanding customer applications. Your of site reliability engineers will be responsbile for the 24x7 availability and durability of the storage infrastructure worldwide, capacity management, system performance, security and compliance. They will manage metrics across these operational activities and continually improve them through automation and close collaboration with engineering teams to drive needed service enhancements - both large and small.
Your daily activites would include frequently collaborating with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. You will contribute or author regular executive reports and action plans to senior management. You will possess demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Additional skills include strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically one year of software engineering or related experience.

Skills Desired
•    BS in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent experience in systems management.
•    4+ years of experience managing teams and operating a 24x7 service.
•    Experience developing roadmaps and prioritizing and executing projects.
