**Your role and responsibilities**
* Lead 15+ technical resources covering various aspects of system/infrastructure/cloud product software development.
* Ensure talent/skills development and performance management
* Lead, facilitate, and participate in company and team level strategy initiatives.
* Identify opportunities and risks, recommend, develop, implement and support industry-leading technology development and testing.
* Provide technical supervision, and work as project manager for projects and programs.
* Manage and provide direction, coaching and mentorship to the team and help in organizational development.
* Collaborate closely with other peer teams globally.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Excellent people management skills and ability to provide technical guidance to a team of experienced professionals
* Knowledge of System hardware and software stack, system Management and Virtualization
* Experience of 4+ years in leading/managing a team
* Strong fundamentals in product development with at least 5+ years of experience in the area
* Excellent Communication, people management and leadership skills
* Ability to pick up new areas and work with partner/clients
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Knowledge of development and test methodologies
* Full stack development knowledge and experience
