Job Description:
Manage a team and help prioritize, build, and ship the orthodontic product.
As a member of the product leadership, build a composite roadmap that reflects the priorities in the different areas and continuously rebalance the teams to react to changes
Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
Work on problems with your team, form an opinion and advocate for engineering-specific roadmap items
Work with product, UX and other disciplines to discover the best solutions
Build your team, both through internal development and external hiring
Cooperate with other development teams working on shared goals
