In this role as a Software Development Manager and you coming with Backend/Fullstack developer skills, you will closely collaborate with other developers, UX designers and product managers using Scrum agile methodology, to develop new product capabilities and enhance existing features of the MAS applications. You will be leading a team of 15 to 20 people software developers and give them technical and managerial directions. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 15+ Years of experience * Personnel management, Team management, * Customer facing experience including verbal and written communication and flexibility to accommodate customer's needs * Agile development methodologies * Strong SQL / NoSQL database technologies including Mongo, DB2, DB2 warehouse and Oracle * Git and Jira * Strong understanding of Kubernetes & Open Shift **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud computing platforms. * Data Pipeline Proficiency: Familiarity with data pipelining solutions. * Strong Analytics background with stong hold on database (structured and unstructured) and IOT systems
