Lead new IBM Z development first line organization.  Provide strong people management and guidance.Manage hiring, onboarding, education for new hires. Actively support leadership development: mentor talents, retain critical skills, enable growth (technical and soft skills, share strategy and client insights).Manage liaison with RedHat to enable a strong mutual collaboration.Closely collaborate with program management to define strategy, product plans and priorities.Engage with international development counterparts to synchronize on product stakes and deliveries.
