We are looking for an experienced development leader to lead a team of software development engineers. You will work closely with product management and other business partners to define strategy and visions, clarify requirements, and lead development teams from concept through delivery and subsequent operation. You will have regular communication with senior management on status, risks and product strategy, requiring strong written communications. You will be a thought leader, that both solves problems and leads the team in building world-class solutions. Last but not the least; you will have a high bar for code quality and passion for design and architecture.

Key job responsibilities
* Building, leading and growing high-performing engineering team, including recruiting, mentoring, motivating, promoting and performance management
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including customers, product managers, stakeholders and leaders to ensure the successful delivery of product capabilities
* Timely execution and prioritization of goals for the team and effectively mitigating risks.
* Technical leadership including architecture and design discussions and technical deep dives to ensure resolution of root causes of complex issues,
* Manage the operational support of products at scale to ensure prevention and timely resolution of customer impactful problems.
