As a software manager in this team, you will lead your team of SDEs and collaborate with other SDEs/SDMs across the organization to develop, test, and deploy services. You will be customer obsessed, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires strong technical and business judgment, solid communication and project management skills. You will help engineers navigate priorities and communicate clear expectations with customers. You will possess knowledgeable about the architecture of distributed systems and software development life cycle. A successful candidate will have a passion for innovation, interest in cutting-edge technology, and excitement about working in a high-impact domain.

Key job responsibilities
* Help develop technical roadmap, strategy, customer experience and roadmap for FireTV product initiatives
* Facilitate the technical architecture between multiple complex systems.
* Create buy-in for the technical vision and strategy both internally and with key external partners
* Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic or technical goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver the best product for our customers
* Experience leading a high performance team and a track record of mentoring
* Communicate clearly to leadership the risks, successes, and roadblocks as part of your product execution
