As the Software Development Manager at OCI Observability org, your main responsibility will be to build, own and lead a crucial component used for running multiple OCI services. The team's goal is to enhance and improve data collection tools and platform's roadmap to support growing business needs. You will work closely with our most senior technical leaders to define, design, and develop solutions to complex problems. 

These are exciting times for our organization as we are building new capabilities and architectures to become the default platform running all OCI services. This team will also deliver critical improvements for customers that can enable new customer adoption and aggressive business growth. We are looking for a manager who has deep technical knowledge and can lead the charge for core features and performance optimization deliverables.
