Software Development Senior Associate

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows).
+ Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and automation requirements.
+ Create and maintain solution documentation including PDDs, SDDs, and deployment guides.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation workflows and ensure performance optimization.
+ Integrate Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
+ Follow best practices in automation design to ensure scalability and maintainability.
+ Monitor and maintain bots in production, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.
+ Support the deployment process and conduct UAT with business teams.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development with Power Automate.
+ Strong understanding of RPA concepts, process design, and automation lifecycle.
+ Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
+ Proficiency in integrating APIs, SQL databases, SharePoint, and Excel-based processes.
+ Experience with error handling, logging, and exception management.
+ Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
+ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Microsoft Power Platform certification (e.g., PL-500: Power Automate RPA Developer).
Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a plus.
Experience with version control tools like Azure DevOps or Git.
Background in Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare domains is an added advantage.
