We are seeking a Senior Software Development Manager who will lead an exceptionally talented team of Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers to help elevate the Networking Software stack into the best and most secure one in the modern cloud environment by adding features and scale.

You will be responsible for:1. Ensuring high availability and maintaining a high operational posture of your service2. Setting the roadmap for the service by negotiating requirements and deliverables with product management, various internal and external customers3. developing project development plans, and 4. driving the team to deliver on availability and roadmap commitments

You will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. You should be able to work effectively in a collaborative and agile environment; and have a hands-on management approach.
