Key ResponsibilitiesOversee product development\n activities, assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure successful executionCollaborate with cross-functional\n teams and stakeholders to build and deliver the product roadmapLead product design and\n development, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and alignment\n with product or program specificationsRecruit, develop skills, and\n manage the career and performance of a team of 10-12 developersEstablish engineering practices to\n drive efficiency in product development while maintaining high-quality\n standardsMentor and guide team members to\n resolve technical challenges during developmentCollaborate with functional teams\n and stakeholders to resolve risks and dependenciesStay up to date with emerging\n technologies, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into product\n development

Requirements:

Overall 10+ years of experience in\n software product developmentHands-on experience in software\n development using Microsoft .NET technology and React JSExperience in building\n cloud-agnostic, microservices-driven system architectureExperience in managing large-scale\n distributed systems with high availability and performanceKnowledge of AI/ML for predictive\n analyticsExperience in deploying visual and\n metrics-based management practices in agile teams for effective scope,\n quality, and schedule management in collaboration with business and\n functional stakeholdersKnowledge of IoT protocols like\n MQTT, CoAP, WebSockets, HTTP/REST, and OPC-UA is a plusExperience in leading Agile teams\n in SAFe release trains is a plus; we value Agile and SAFe certificationsExcellent communication and\n interpersonal skillsAbility to work under minimal\n supervisionIn-depth knowledge of cloud\n platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Strong leadership and management\n skillsProven ability to drive successful\n cloud development projects and initiativesAbility to work in a fast-paced\n and dynamic environmentPassion for innovation and continuous\n learningAttention to detail and excellent\n problem-solving capabilityYOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematicsWE VALUEUnderstanding various software development lifecycleSome relevant experienceKnowledge of software configuration management and change management practicesDiverse and global teaming and collaborationEffective communicator Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
