Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Go Software Engineer to develop high-performance embedded computer vision systems. In this role, you will design and optimize software for real-time image processing, edge AI, and system integration. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our global embedded vision solutions across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain embedded system components for processing various data at the edge

Research and evaluate different algorithm options

Ensure software reliability, security, and performance in resource-constrained environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices in software engineering.

Perform code optimization and code refactoring

Participate in code reviews

Participate in testing and debugging

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) with experience in system-level programming.

Knowledge of real-time processing and optimizing performance in constrained environments.

Experience with Linux-based embedded systems and cross-compilation toolchains.

Understanding of concurrency, parallel processing, and memory management in Go.

Ability to troubleshoot, profile, and debug embedded applications effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-performance systems.

Preferred qualifications:

Hands-on experience with AWS (IoT, Lambda, S3, Greengrass, etc.) for cloud integration.

Proficiency in C/C++ for low-level optimizations and hardware interactions.

Experience with Docker containerization.

Experience

1-3 years of experience working with Git, JIRA, Bitbucket

2-5 years of experience with Go programming language

1-3 years of experience developing for embedded systems
