Your Day to Day

As a Software Test Engineer (SDET), your main responsibilities would revolve around test planning, test automation, test execution, analysis, collaboration, and continuous improvement at GoTo.

Participate actively in team life, like sync, planning, retro and product feature demosIncrease the bandwidth of team’s delivery speedBeing able to modernize and maintain test automation frameworks and test suits across various cross-functional teamsStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that the solutions are modern, efficient, and secureGet familiar with and understand deeply  our existing system and features
 

What We’re Looking For

As a Software Test Engineer (SDET), your background will look like

2+ years of relevant, professional software testing experienceSolid experience in one or more programming languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSSFamiliarity with software testing methodologies/practices and test automation concepts.Basic experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts using industry-standard tools and libraries such as Selenium, Playwright or similarExperience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure Pipelines or similar
