What You Will Do:

•    Design, code, test, debug and document software applications using various programming languages. Ensure high-quality code that meets functional and performance requirements.
•    Stay current with the latest programming languages, techniques, and industry trends. Apply modern practices and tools to enhance software development processes.
•    Develop and implement strategies for creating IT systems and applications. Ensure strategies align with organizational goals and deliver optimal solutions
•    Evaluate alternative approaches to software development and select the most effective methods. Consider factors such as performance, scalability and maintainability
•    Work closely with other engineers, developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high quality software solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
•    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs, code and processes. Ensure documentation is clear, accurate and up-to-date.
•    Identify and resolve complex technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle. Develop innovative solutions to address challenges and improve system performance. 


What You Will Need:

•    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other technical discipline

•    Extensive experience minimum of FIVE (5) years in designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting software. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and development tools.
•    Deep understanding of the latest programming languages and techniques. Ability to apply current best practices in software development.
•    Experience in creating strategies for developing IT systems and applications. Ability to design solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
•    Skilled in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal solutions for software development projects
•    Strong technical skills in software development with the ability to work on complex and large scale applications
•    Excellent documentation skills to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation

What Would Be Nice To Have:

•    Ability to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions
•    Experience in managing software development projects, including planning, execution and delivery
•    Experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers
•    Relevant certifications in software development or engineering (e.g., Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus
•    Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in software engineering  

The annual salary range for this position is $86,500.00-$129,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
