If you're eager to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you! **Core responsibilities** · Contribute to the development, operation, and maintenance of scalable solutions for Model Production · Support in exploring and learning emerging technologies and methods, discovering new opportunities for our platforms · Participate actively in fostering an outstanding engineering culture with a focus on good craftsmanship and continuos improvement · Apply DevSecOps principles: "You build it - you own it" (and run it) with an emphasis on secure code and security by design · Collaborate with internal partners to drive solutions and deliver value · Support the transformation journey as we move away from legacy systems, such as extensive Excel sheets and SAP-based tools, to modern digital platforms **Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding** As a Software Engineer in our Model Production Product team, part of the Platform Technology in OMP organization, you will play an important role in the digital transformation of our Model Production in Copenhagen and other locations worldwide. The goal of this transformation is to implement up-to-date tools and processes, replacing outdated IT systems. This is an opportunity to help co-create the digital landscape of an entire business unit and lay the foundation for its future success, while maintaining and supporting current systems, ensuring their stability and continued functionality. **Do you have what it takes?** The ideal candidate has experience in full-stack software development, leveraging modern, scalable solutions. To excel in this role, you should also have: · Experience with frontend technologies such as React and Typescript · Experience with C#, .Net for backend development · Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, modern deployment workflows, automated testing, monitoring and logging to ensure system stability and performance · Understanding of modern technology stacks and architectures, such as event-driven architectures and microservices · Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and functional teams · Experience in software development within an Agile framework. · A deep curiosity for learning and helping others grow · A demonstrated willingness to learn from failures and continuously improve, and to recognize when others do good work It would be great if you also have: · Experience with Next.js · Knowledge of SAP · Experience integrating with off-the-shelf enterprise software solutions, including data processing systems Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
