As a Software Engineer 4, you join our teams using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AWS ecosystems. Here's what you can expect to do:

Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and other engineers on a small, focused team.Take on varied and innovative tasks, learning something new every day.Think through hard problems and work with a team to make them reality resulting in tangible benefits to the Asurion, our partners, and our customers.Develop scalable and maintainable code; identify and lead architectural improvements.Evolve coding standards and best practices as the technologies we use evolve.Interact with multiple teams and technologies to implement enterprise-wide solutions.Lead small teams to deliver key features or technology solutions as the need arrises.Actively leverage AI to enhance team efficiency, improve delivery timelines, elevate code quality, and enrich overall quality of life.Become a subject matter expert whose ideas and input are highly valued by the team.Mentor junior team members; helping to foster and grow their development.What You Bring to the TeamBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fieldAt least 5 years (8 years is preferred) of experience engineering business solutions with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & OperationsExperience with X++ and C# and general Azure ecosystem capabilitiesExperience with relational and non-relational database systemsDemonstrated experience leading teams and coordinating across multiple teams to deliver on large initiativesExperience working in a modern, agile environment with tools such as Azure DevOps or JiraPreferred programming and functional experience with D365 Commerce (Commerce Scale Unit), Power Platform, and the overall Azure ecosystemPreferred experience with TypeScrypt and AWS ecosystem
