We make products more efficient at building beautifully designed products for everyone. + The Design Intelligence team collaborates with other teams understanding of UI and UX design (reasoning, generation, critiquing, manipulation.) We are a "tri-coastal" team with core members on the US west coast, NYC, and Germany. **Responsibilities:** + Development of datasets for AI training and evaluation + Eval development and experimentation (in collaboration with UX team) + Dataset creation tooling development + Data analysis of benchmark results, including development of necessary infrastructure + Fine tuning LLM models + Productionizing of datasets for application to post-training of LLMs **Experience:** + Code comprehension Ability to extract relevant information from reading code in one or more core languages and frameworks, including the ability to leverage the code as a resource to create work output for users or stakeholders. + Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies. + Proficiency in design tools such as Figma. + Experience creating prototypes or custom tooling for the product development process. + Experience with front-end development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other). + A passion for AI/ML and its potential to transform user experiences. + Experience working with large datasets and machine learning models or dataset creation or annotation. **Skills:** + UX/UI Design + Figma + Front-end development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other). + AI/ML **Education:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
