Key Responsibilities:o   Mobile and Microsoft Office software development o   Design, develop and architect effective solutions to build robust software producto   Use test driven development, build unit and integration tests for continuously testing the features developedo   Build and leverage CI/CD pipeline to deliver the application artifactso   Work with engineering leadership, product management and stakeholders to define the technical and business features/requirementso   Provide production support once the product is deployed in production to help troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues identifiedo   Participate in product design, technical design, and planning sessionso   Develop architecture diagrams, flow diagrams and other technical documentso   Help define and improve software development practiceso   Build proof of concepts for evaluating various technology options and/or business featureso   Lead and mentor junior team members
Skills Required:o   6+ years of .NET (C#) development experienceo   3+ years of experience with Reacto   2+ years of experience with o   4+ years of experience with mobile application development using React Native or Flutter/Darto   Knowledge of Mobile Device Management providers and the impact on mobile application development and deploymento   Experience with agile engineering practices like TDD, CI/CD and Secure SDLCo   Experience working with various unit testing technologies like Cypress, Junit, Postman, Jasmino   Experience working with Agile methodologies and working in an agile fast paced development environmento   Experience building and using continuous build process using Jenkins, GitHub, or Jira similar toolso   Knowledge of secure coding practicesNice to have -·       Strong demonstrated interest in, global financial markets and financial productsPersonal skills we believe will bring success·       Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.·       Entreprenurial mindset to problem solving. ·       Collaboration skills·       Seeking feedback and continuously improving
