Autodesk is seeking a Software Engineer in Bengaluru to join the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team within the Enterprise Systems and Experience organization. 

This software engineering team delivers employee experience platforms and products that enrich and improve the overall Autodesk employee experience. Our product engineering culture will empower you to make effective decisions, work collaboratively, and take accountability for engineering projects at the core of the company and the leading edge of the latest industry technology trends. The team is seeking a Software Engineer to work with existing full-stack development teams in their journey towards becoming a world-class, transformational engineering team. 

 

Responsibilities  

Develop and deliver full-stack, high-value, cloud-based and web user experiences

Participate in an Agile-based development practice delivering value at high velocity

Collaborate with team leaders to implement best practices

Ensure full-stack software solutions are developed using industry-leading DevOps best practices and technologies

Provide operational support for existing applications

 

Minimum Qualifications  

3-5 Years of Full Stack Development Experience along with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Hands-on experience with Java/NodeJS, React, Next.js, and Vue.JS

Must have worked on AWS Service such as AWS RDS, AWS S3, AWS API Gateway, DynamoDB, App Sync, e.t.c

Interpersonal skills to promote ideas and collaborate across teams

Detail-oriented for software development process, communication and documentation

Perform requirements gathering, analysis and documentation

Preferred Qualifications  

Hands-on AI development involves practical experience building and deploying AI systems

Hands-on experience with mobile application development technologies: React Native, Native iOS/Android development

AWS Certification – Associate or Professional Architect

Familiarity with Confluence, Jira and similar tools

Familiarity with Agile development methodology
