A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

Analyze and recommend changes to complex system requirements. Design and manage implementation of software tools and subsystems. Supervise software development using formal specifications and CASE tools. Estimate costs, refines programs, and oversees configuration management.
