What you will do...Primary Role
The Network Engineer will create prototypes for SATCOM and signal processing technologies.

Masters degree in Computer Science or other Engineering / Science discipline6 years of programming experience highly encouraged
Required Skills
Strong programming skillsExperience with software factory tools such as Gitlab, Nexus, Jira, Confluence, etc.Demonstrated ability to understand enterprise level systemsComfortable configuring networks to include IP schemes and basic troubleshootingDemonstrated ability to complete tasks, drive projects to closure, assimilate and correlate project information in a fast-paced environment and incorporate them into coherent test strategiesDemonstrated ability to shift from one project to another in an agile work environmentAbility to communicate technical approaches and details within small project teams, including team interaction and presentationsAbility to capture technical approaches, designs, block diagrams, algorithms, and implementations in written and graphical formDesired Skills

Travel
This position will require overnight travel up to 10 percent of the time. Trip durations may range from overnight to several weeks.
Clearance
